𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐮𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐓𝐚𝐱 𝐕𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐝 𝐒𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞 2024

The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has announced an extension of the due date for determining the amount payable under column (3) of the Table in section 90 of the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2024. Originally set for 31st December 2024, the new deadline is now 31st January 2025.

For declarations submitted by 31st January 2025, the payable amount will be calculated according to column (3) of the Table. However, for declarations submitted on or after 1st February 2025, the amount will be determined based on column (4) of the Table.
