Infosys co-founder NS Raghavan and leading private equity firm Carlyle-backed life sciences tech player Indegene have filed paperwork with market regulator Sebi to raise between Rs 2,750 crore and Rs 3000 crore through an initial public offering (IPO).

This will be India's largest enterprise tech/IT services IPO since TCS in 2004 with an IPO size of Rs 4,713 crore if the listing preparations are successful. It's interesting to note that the paperwork was filed the day following Infosys' 40th anniversary.
